그런데 이 아파트 용적률이 어마어마하다. 부산 아파트가 서울보다 용적률이 훨씬 높다고 하는데 (부산 고층 아파트 보면 다닥다닥 붙어 있다) 빈홈 센트럴파크 아파트가 더한 것 같다. 고층 아파트들이 다닥다닥 붙어 있어서 커튼을 열고 생활하기가 쉽지 않다. 건너편 아파트 단지의 주민들과 베란다에서 소리 지르지 않고 대화를 나누고 건배도 할 수 있는 수준으로 붙어 있다.
저는 희님의 숙소가 좋습니다. 집주일 한국어 잘해서 편하게 소통할 수 있습니다. 이 아파트는 우리 집과 같은 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있으며 매우 아름답고 정돈되어 있습니다.
